| 摘 要： | 采用埋弧焊对NM360与Q355B进行焊接,对焊缝接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击力学性能试验,并对试验结果进行分析,检测焊缝接头是否满足标准规范要求。试验结果表明,采用合理的焊接参数制备的焊接接头可满足检验标准要求,为实际生产提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | NM360 and Q355B were welded by submerged arc welding,the tensile,bending and impact mechanical properties of the welded joint were tested,the test results were analyzed to determine whether the weld joint meets the requirements of the standard specification. The test results show that the welded joints prepared by reasonable welding parameters can meet the requirements of inspection standards,and can provide a powerful reference for actual production. |
