Improvement of switching system control strategy in reversing air separation unit |

| Abstract: | In the switching heat exchanger of 1#6000m3/h air separation unit,the pneumatic efflux switching system of was replaced by a control strategy of the PLC combined with solenoid valve.The reason for the replacement is introduced.Analysis is focused on the scheme design,the instrument selection and the PLC programming of new control system.Implementation and commissioning of the scheme are also discussed. |
