负载试验用张力绞车电液控制系统研究

摘    要:根据绞车负载试验系统的特点,讨论了不同工作状况下系统对于负载试验用张力绞车的性能要求,据此设计了张力绞车的电液控制系统。提出了依据工作状态区分基于压差反馈的张力控制过程与基于速度预估的速度调整过程,并针对不同的控制过程设计了不同的控制算法。试验证明,本文提出的电液控制系统在缆绳张力控制过程中具有良好的控制特性。

Abstract:According to characteristic of the winch load experiment system,the performances requiring of the tension winch load experiment system in many different working conditions were discussed and the electro-hydraulic tension winch control system was designed.According to the different working state,the method was put forward to distinguish the tension control process on basis of the pressure difference feedback from velocity control process on basis of speed estimate in advance,and the control algorithm switched over to different control course was designed.Experiment results show that the above-mentioned methods have very good characteristic of control in tension control process.
