| 摘 要： | 核电站具有系统复杂、接口多、安全敏感等特点。在深入分析宁德核电公司管理程序运行存在问题的基础上,结合核电行业特点指出管理体系建设与优化的必要性,并确立推行提升战略执行力的管理体系建设与优化指导思想。为全面实施管理体系建设与优化,公司研究成立项目组、采取完善管理体系、健全程序评审制度、培训考核制度等七项措施,取得的良好效果,为提高企业管理水平提供了有益借鉴。
