| 摘 要： | 在热轧钢材生产中,钢坯表面的炉生氧化铁皮是影响钢材表面质量的主要原因之一,长沙矿山研究院与杭州钢铁股份有限公司热轧带钢厂合作,设计了1套高压水除鳞装置。介绍了该装置的工作原理及其技术参数的确定方法,关键零部件的研制及使用效果等。

| Abstract: | For manufacturing of hot-rolled steel products,one of the key elements affecting the product quality is the furnace heating-caused scale on surface of the stock.A hi-pressure water descaler is jointly developed by Changsha Research Institute of Mining and the Hot-rolled Strip Steel Plant,Hangzhou I&S Co.,Ltd.The said descaler is described here with details about its work principle,determination of the technical data,R&D of the components as well as the effectiveness. |
