| 摘 要： | 质量管理是企业的生命线。如何控制多工序生产模式下产品的质量是网络化制造环境下企业质量管理的重点和难点之一。阐述了质量信息管理系统的发展过程，分析了多工序生产质量信息的特点，构建了多工序生产质量信息流的框架，建立了某大型半导体封装企业多工序生产质量信息管理模型，并在实践中得以验证。

| Abstract: | Quality management is the lifeline of modern enterprise. How to control the quality of production under the multistage manufacturing mode in networked manufacturing environment is a difficult problem. In this paper, the developmental process of quality management is expatiated, the character of multistage manufacturing quality information is analyzed, the framework of multistage manufacturing quality information stream is constructed, the multistage manufacturing quality information management model of certain semiconductor encapsulation enterprise is set up, and the model has been demonstrated by practicable operation. |
