摘    要:通过在热轧带钢厂的长期实验,找出了一种能有效提高热轧带钢厚度质量的控制方法,该方法利用F1机架的硬度信息对下游机架进行前馈,并通过对F1机架尾部轧制力和尾部出口厚差求取相关系数作为自适应系数来修正尾部增益。自投入应用后,取得了显著的控制效果,本体厚差波动明显减小,尾部厚跃基本消失,为厂家带来了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Through long-term experiment in hot rolling strip plant, a control method which can improve thickness precision quality effectively was put forward. In this method, hardness information of stand F1 is fed forward to downriver stands and strip tail gain is modified according to adaptive coefficient that is a correlative coefficient evaluated from rolling force of stand F1 and tail exit thickness of finishing mill. A good effect was obtained after the method was applied. Body thickness fluctuation was decreased considerably, tail thickness jump was avoided, and great economic benefits was brought to the Corporation.
