摘    要:论述了可编程控制器(PLC)网络在工业控制中的应用。以个人计算机(PC)作上位机,小型可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,染色单片机作自动温控时的控制模块,智能数字显示调节仪作模拟信号采集模块及手动温控时的上限控制,组成基于RS485通信的小型PLC网络控制系统,应用于对拥有多台染色机的自动化管理监控。给出了具体的系统方案、网络拓扑结构及通信协议等硬件配置和通信软件的设计。本方案以集中监管、分散控制、简单可靠、高性价比为设计理念,集个人计算机、PLC、单片机、VB语言通信技术应用为一体,具有很好的可扩展性和实用性。

Abstract:This article discusses the application of Programmable controller (PLC) network to industrymonitoring. With personal computer (PC) as supervisory control device,small PLC as control core,singlechip machine (SCM) as auto-thermal-controlling module,intelligent digital controller as analog signalacquisition module and upper limit control module in manual-thermal control,a small PLC network control-ling system based on RS485 telecommunication network is built up. The system can be used to realize auto-control for a group of dyeing machines.In the paper,it describes such hardware configuration as detailedsystem design,network topology and the communication protocol as well as the communication softwaredesign.Designed by such concepts as collective monitoring,scattered control,high reliability and easyuse and high performance cost rate,the system integrates PC,PLC,SCM and visual basic language together,so it has fine practicability and expansibility.
