摘    要:研究了高压清洗车动力分配系统的基本原理,确定了其动力系统采用的动力分配方案及合理分配发动机功率的方法。提出了采用单轴动力分动的方法,分析了其传动原理,对单轴分动箱进行了结构设计,采用Unigraphics软件对分动箱进行了详细设计和运动分析。

Abstract:The basic principle of the power distribution system of high pressure flusher was studied. The power distribution scheme and reasonable method of engine power allocation was made sure in this paper. A method of using single shaft to distribute the power was put forward, and the transmission principle was analyzed. The structural design of the single shaft transfer case was performed. Detail design and the motion analysis of the transfer case were performed using the software Unigraphics.
