| 摘 要： | 钻机设计、使用初期没有配备自动化井口机具。随着现代钻井技术的发展，钻井设备的自动化要求不断提高，井口机具的机械化、自动化是现代钻井设计的主要标志之一。目前，钻机上液气大钳、自动旋扣器的普遍应用已解决了钻具上、卸扣的问题；双液动小绞车在ZJ－15型钻机中的应用，解决了占油田现使用钻机60％的ZJ－15型钻机上吊钻具和甩钻的自动化或半自动化，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了生产安全系数。

| Abstract: | There are not automatic tools for wellhead in the origin design of a drilling rig.The automation of well drilling equipment develops with the development of modern well drilling technology.Mechanization and automation are important features of modern well drilling design.The application of grip in hydraulic or gas automatic rotate have solved the degree of tightness button of petroleum drilling tool.The application of double hydraulic little winch in model ZJ 15 drilling machine realizes the automation in lifting and loosing rig,and lessen the labor intensity of workers, and raise safe value in the produce. |
