三叶形细旦涤纶纺丝过程的模拟与开发

摘    要:通过当量直径法对单丝线密度为1 dtex的三叶形细旦涤纶喷丝板的尺寸进行设计、计算,对纺丝成形过程进行了模拟,讨论了喷丝板孔型的尺寸、冷却条件等工艺参数对纤维异形度的影响,并进行优化设计。结果表明:选择喷丝板微孔尺寸0.08 mm×0.25 mm,纺丝温度290℃,卷绕速度1 000 m/m in,吹风速度0.4 m/s,吹风长度1.2 m,在距离喷丝板板面50 mm处增加保温长度450 mm,保温温度80℃,可得到异形度为60.47%的三叶形细旦涤纶。

Abstract:The dimension of the spinneret for trilobal PET microfiber with the denier per filament of 1 dtex was designed and calculated by equivalent diameter method.And the spinning and fiber-forming processes were simulated.The effects of the process parameters,such as the dimension of spinneret microhole,quenching conditions,on the degree of profile of the fiber were discussed.The process parameters were designed and optimized.The results showed that the trilobal PET microfiber with 60.47% profile degree can be produced under the conditions as followed: 0.08 mm×0.25 mm spinneret microhole,spinning temperature 290 ℃,winding speed 1 000 m/min,quenching speed 0.4 m/s,quenching distance 1.2 m,a 450-mm insulation section 50 mm away from the spinneret,insulation temperature 80 ℃.
