摘    要:高速离心机主要用于分离钻井液中2μm级的超细固相颗粒。常规高速离心机的分离因数和转鼓尺寸较小,对钻井液中超细固相的分离效果不佳,且处理量与中速离心机的流量不匹配。研制了LW380×1400D-BP型大处理量超高速钻井液离心机,其转鼓直径为380 mm,最高工作转速为4 000 r/min,最大分离因数为3 400 g。设计了双级减振结构、轴承自动油气润滑系统、进液量自适应调节系统等,解决了转鼓直径增大和转速提高带来的振动烈度增加、关键零件寿命降低等问题。工业试验结果表明,工作转速3 800 r/min时,处理后钻井液固相的中值粒径D50达到2μm,对应处理量5~6 m3/h,进液量自适应调节可靠。该超高速离心机完全满足了钻井工艺对钻井液中超细固相的净化和处理量的双重需求。

Abstract:In the solid control system of drilling fluid, the high-speed centrifuge is mainly used to remove 2 μm grade superfine solid particles. The separation factor and drum size of conventional high-speed centrifuges are small, the removal effect of ultra-fine solids in drilling fluid is poor, and the handling capacity does not match the overflow flow of mid-speed centrifuges. A large capacity ultra-high speed drilling fluid centrifuge model named LW380×1400D-BP was designed. The drum diameter of this centrifuge is 380 mm, the maximum working speed is 4 000 r/min, and the maximum separation factor is 3 400 g. The problems such as the increase of vibration intensity and the decrease of life of key parts caused by the increase of drum diameter and rotating speed were solved by adopting a two-stage vibration reduction structure, automatic oil-air lubrication system of bearings, adaptive matching of liquid intake and other methods. The industrial test results show that when the working speed of this centrifuge is 3 800 r/min, the solid D50 of the treated drilling fluid reaches 2 μm and the corresponding processing capacity is 5~6 m3/h, and the adaptive matching of the liquid intake is stable and reliable. The ultra-high speed centrifuge fully meets the dual requirements of drilling technology for ultra-fine solid purification and treatment capacity of drilling fluid.
