摘    要:
针对加氢裂化装置中原料(高压)换热器结垢的问题,提出了通过加注阻垢剂和增设扰动氢以减缓换热器结垢的措施。对实施效果的分析表明:在流程中增设扰动氢可有效延缓高压换热器中垢层的形成,对1.00 Mt/a的加氢裂化装置,每年仅节省阻垢剂费用就达78.5×10~4RMB$。

Abstract:
In a hydrocracking unit,fouling in the high-pressure heat exchangers has reduced the final feed temperature after heating.To solve this problem,measure such as addition of fouling inhibitor and provision of disturbance stream of hydrogen were proposed to alleviate fouling in the heat exchanger.The results of practice showed that the addition of disturbance hydrogen in the heat exchange train could effectively alleviate fouling formation in the feed heat exchanger.The annual saving from fouling inhibitors is...
