摘    要:设计了一套大型多工位级进模具,其设计特点是对长达2000 mm的模板进行拆分,解决了大型模具零件加工和装配中遇到的难题。模具上模板和下模板均采用整体结构,模具上垫板、凸模固定板、卸料板、凹模板和下垫板均采用分段拼合结构,在凹模板上同时还采用了镶拼结构,这种镶拼结构具有节约模具钢材、镶件便于加工、刃口尺寸和冲裁间隙易调整控制、模具精度高、寿命较长等特点;同时避免了应力集中,减少或消除了热处理变形与开裂的危险;便于维修与更换已损坏或过分磨损部分,延长了模具总寿命,并降低了模具成本。

Design of multi-position progressive die for cover board
Abstract:A large-scale multi-position progressive die was designed, and the problems of the process and assembly were solved by split-ting the 2000 mm long template. The overall structure was applied to the manufacture of the upper template and lower template, and at the same time the segmented collage structure was applied to the manufacture of the upper backup plate, punch holding plate, stripper, die template and the lower backup plate. Especially the insert structure was used in the die template, which had the advantages of saving the die steel costs, processing insert block expediently, controlling and adjusting the clearance of punch and blanking die easily, high preci-sion and longer life etc. At the same time, the stress concentration was avoided so as to eliminate or reduce heat treatment deformation and cracking. Furthermore, it was easy to repair and replace the damaged or excessively worn parts. Therefore, the life of the die was pro-longed and the cost of die was reduced.
