超细管材矫直机设计及矫直动态仿真分析

摘    要:为了满足市场对高精度超细管材的需求,以现有的十辊矫直机为基础,通过研究十辊矫直机的矫直原理,设计了一种新型的超细管材矫直机。介绍了超细管材矫直机的主要技术要求、矫直系统的构成,分析了各个主要部件的结构特点及创新。同时,利用有限元软件Abaqus建立了超细管材矫直机的有限元模型,并对超细管材的矫直过程进行了动态仿真研究。根据设计要求,分析了超细管材矫直后的椭圆度、直线度和残余应力,证明了超细管材矫直机设计的合理性。

Design of superfine tube straightening machine and straightening dynamic simulation analysis
Abstract:In order to meet the market demand for high-precision superfine pipe, a new superfine pipe straightening machine was designed based on the existing ten roll straightening machine, and by studying the straightening principle of the ten roll straightening machine, its key technology requirement and composing of straightening were introduced. It was discussed the structure characteristics and innovation of each major component. At the same time, the finite element model of superfine pipe straightening machine was built by finite element soft-ware Abaqus, and the superfine tube straightening process was simulated. According to design requirements, the roundness, straightness and residual stress were analyzed after straightening to prove the rationality of the superfine pipe straightening machine design.
