| 摘 要： | 在贮配一体的配煤系统中，储配煤系统是焦化生产的重要环节，配煤精度直接影响焦炭质量。实现配煤自动化对降低配煤成本和系统开发成本都非常重要。通过多种自控手段实现了配煤自动化，并且通过自编程序降低了硬件投资成本，从多方面提高了配煤准确度，形成了一套适合焦化企业实际生产的备煤工艺及控制技术。

| Abstract: | The system of stocking and blending coal is an important part in making coke. The precision of blending coal affect the coke quality directly. So it is important to realize the automation of blending coal, also to reduce the cost in blending coal and system development. The blending coal automation was realized by using various automatic ways, the investment was reduced by self-compiling program, and the precision of blending coal was improved. A set of blending coal process and controling technology which fit for the coking production was developed. |
