聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料阻燃性能的研究

摘    要:研究了纳米三氧化二锑、普通微米级三氧化二锑及纳米三氧化二锑/硼酸锌复配阻燃剂对PVC电缆料的阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:纳米三氧化二锑对PVC氧指数的贡献大于微米级三氧化二锑,当氧指数为35%时,纳米三氧化二锑的添加量比微米级三氧化二锑减少20%;将纳米三氧化二锑与硼酸锌复合后材料的氧指数降低,但生烟量与成本降低;随着复配阻燃剂中硼酸锌比例的增加,PVC电缆料的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率的降低均不明显。

Abstract:The effects of nano-Sb2O3,micro-Sb2O3 and nano-Sb2O3/ZB on the flame-retardancy and the mechanical properties of the PVC cable materials were studied.The results showed that the effect of nano-Sb2O3 was bigger than the micro-Sb2O3 for the LOI of the materials,when the LOI of the material was 35%,the amount of nano-Sb2O3 could reduce by 20%.When the nano-Sb2O3 was blended with ZB,LOI of the material was reduced,but the amount of smoke and the cost of the flame-retardant reduced.With the content of ZB increasing,the tensile strength and the elongation at break reduced but were not obvious.
