无卤阻燃聚丙烯高性能化技术研究

摘    要:针对商业化的APP型无卤阻燃剂产品,利用膨胀型阻燃协效技术,对纳米蒙脱土、纳米氧化锌、相容剂及表面处理剂等助剂对无卤阻燃剂进行处理或者复配进行了研究。结果发现:新阻燃技术在热释放、燃烧特性、耐水性等性能方面有大幅度的提高,从而拓宽了无卤阻燃聚丙烯的应用场合。

Abstract:On the basis of commercial products of halogen free flame retardant polypropylene with the additive of ammonium polyphosphate(APP),the high performance compounding technology was investigated by the synergistic agents of flame retardant,including the additive of nano montmorillonite,nano oxide zinc,compatibilizer and the way of surface modification.Results showed that the new flame retardant technology greatly improved the heat release,water resistance to enlarge the application area of halogen free flame retardant PP.
