| 摘 要： | 为提高平地机铲刀体焊接效率,根据铲刀体的结构特点,改进拼焊工艺,设计新的焊枪夹具,实现了铲刀体导板的半自动焊。半自动焊具有操作方便,焊接效率高,焊缝质量高,成本低廉,劳动强度低等特点,对类似结构件的焊接有较高的应用推广价值。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the welding efficiency of the blade, according to the structural characteristics of the blade, by improving tailor-welded process, designing new welding fixture, the semi-automatic welding of the guide plate of the blade is fulfilled. Semi-automatic welding has advantages of easy operation, high welding efficiency, high weld quality, low cost, and low labor strength, which has a good practical popularize value to welding the similar structure. |
