摘    要:根据ASP三元复合驱油体系中各组分的化学作用机理,提出利用缓冲溶液控制体系的pH值,在适宜的离子强度下,使体系与原油形成超低界面张力。以胜利孤岛原油为模型开展正交实验,确定了自行配制的ASP体系配方中各组分对配方性能产生影响的主次顺序,并在此基础上对配方进行改进。实验表明,1%复醇的加入能有效改善表面活性剂的溶解状态,改进后的最佳配方能保持70℃条件下32h不分相,使ASP三元体系的耐温耐盐能力增强,稳定性得到改善。

Abstract:Abstract based on the chemical mechanism of alkaline-surfactant-polymer(ASP) flooding system, proposed a method to control PH by buffer solution, under suitable ionic strength, a extra-low boundary tension can be built-up. Orthogonal experiment were developed in Gudao Oilfield, confirmed effect degrees of each component to the ASP recipe, and made some improve on it. Experiment indicate that it can enhance dissolution of surface acting agent when add 1% compound alcohol, and the enhanced recipe can maintain inter-solubility for 32 hours at 70℃, increased capability bearing temperature and pressure and improved stability of ASP.
