高铅铜合金球形粉末的制取

摘    要:主要论述了用于双金属轴瓦带村连续烧结生产线所用高铅铜合金球形粉末的制取工艺。进行了不同雾化工艺的对比。证明了氮气雾化氮气冷却是制取球形合金粉末的较好工艺,该工艺生产的粉末球化率高、松装密度大、流动性好、生产工艺稳定,适应大生产要求。

Abstract:The preparation for spheroidal copper-based alloy powder with higher content of lead has been principally described, which is used in the production line of continuous sintering strip for bimetal bushes. Different atomization processes were compared,and it was proved that the process of N2-atomizing combined with N2-chilling was more favourable one for preparing spheroidal alloy powder, by which has been produced the powder with high spheroidization fraction-, high bulk density and fine flowability. This process is stable and suilable for mass production.
