| Abstract: | The application of traditional waterborne coating had matured at waterborne 3C1B has been remained in the starting stage. The development home, but the application of of waterborne 3C1B presents very good prospect at now with limited VOC emissions, which not only reduces the energy consumption, but also conforms to the international popular 4E principle （economic, environmental protection, high efficiency, excellent performance）. |
