摘    要:就内侧带槽的烘缸受轴向线荷载作用的问题进行了分析,导出了密肋圆柱壳受线荷载作用下的微分方程和解,并就一具体算例与有限元解进行了比较。

Abstract:Grooves are usually machined on the interior wall of cylindrical dryer shells. Stress behaniour of such ribbed dryer shells has not been adequately studied as yet. Attempts are being carried out for such stress analysis by considering the ribbed dryer shell as a simple densely ribbed cylinder, supporyed at both ends and subjected to prescribed pressure in the inside and line loadings on the axis of the cylinder. An a pproximate differential equation can then be established by taking a segment of the cviinder. With this approximate equation, the stress behaviour of a ribbed dryer shell may be described. A computational example using this approach is presented in this paper and compared with results obtained through finite element method. It is found that the proposed simplified computation proved itself to be eligible for the engineering design of ribbed dryer shells.
