摘    要:研究了废电解液除杂制硫酸铜和粗镍的主要工艺条件 ,在废电解液中加入CH80调节 pH值到一定范围后 ,加入CH6 4,将电解液中Fe2 + 氧化为Fe3 + ,生成Fe(OH) 3 后 ,过滤 ,将铁除去 ;然后向滤液中加入CH80 ,调节pH值 ,沉铜 ;过滤后的滤饼加入H2 SO4 ,溶解后结晶 ,便可得到CuSO4 ·5H2 O晶体 ;滤液中加入Na2 CO3 沉镍 ,过滤后的滤饼即为粗镍 (NiCO3 ) ;试验结果 :铁的去除率为 94%~ 98% ,铜和镍的回收率分别达 96 %和 90 %。

Abstract:The technical conditions of producing copper sulphate ane crude nickel from waste electrolyte are introduced. The Fe is removed by adding CH80 to the waste electrolyte to adjust the pH value, then adding CH64 to oxide Fe 2+ to Fe 3+ and filtering the Fe(OH) 3 as filter residue. CuSO 4·5H 2O crystal is produced by adding CH80 to the filter liquor to adjust the pH value and precipitate the Cu, dissolving the filter residue by adding H 2SO 4 and crystallizing. By adding Na 2CO 3 to the filter liquor to precipitate the Ni, and filtering, the crude nickel (NiCO 3) is obtained as filter residue. The removal rate of iron is 94%~98%. The mean recovery rate of copper is 96% and that of nickel is 90%.
