| 氨／棉包芯纱的试纺及其性能测试 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过对A512细纱机进行设备改造，试纺氨/棉包芯纱，并对其纺制出的氨/棉包芯纱进行了测试，各项主要指标符合要求。结果表明：对A512细纱机进行改造生产纺氨/棉包芯纱是可行的，而且加工方便，费用较低，工艺可靠；成纱品质稳定，既具有棉的手感和外观，又具有一定的弹性。这种纱线适用于中、低弹力织物，既可用于机织物，也可用于针织物，颇具市场潜力。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reports the trial production of spandex/cotton core spun yarn, using a reformed A512 ring span yarn machine. The performance test reveals that the essential indices of the products fulfill requirements. It verifies that producing spandex/cotton core yarn in reformed A512 ring span yarn machine is feasible, characterized in low cost, processing reliable, and stable in yarn's property. This kind of yarn possesses the feeling and appearance of cotton, suitable for middle or low elasticity textiles, applicable both in knitting and weaving. It is prospective in textile market. |
