锅炉风机运行中常见故障的原因分析及处理

摘    要:分析锅炉风机常见故障如由地脚螺栓折断、不停炉处理叶片非工作面积灰、不停炉处理叶片磨损、空气预热器腐蚀或风道系统振动等原因导致的引风机振动;由润滑不良、冷却不够和轴承异常等原因引起的轴承温度高;由进气冲角较大、除尘器清除不及时及叶片材料和焊缝的硬度不够引起的叶片磨损;由风机调节油系统故障和轮毂内部调节机构损坏、不完全燃烧造成的碳垢或灰尘堵塞调节动叶角度的空隙引起的动叶卡涩;由压差信号驱动差压开关报警或跳机导致的旋转失速和喘振,并针对每种故障产生的可能的原因提供了有效的解决措施。

Abstract:Fans are essential mechanical equipment in power plants. There are some common failures in fan operation, such as bearing vibration, high bearing temperature, blade abrasion, impeller blade blocking, rotating stall and surge. These failures are due to anchor bolt break, soot-blowing on blade non-acting surface and worn-blade treatment in boiler operation, corrosion in air preheater, duct vibration, bad lubricating, insufficient cooling, large attack angle of admission, dust cleaning on precipitator not in time, failures in control oil system or in nave internal control system and unburned carbon deposits, etc. Effective solutions are promoted to every specific failure.
