宁夏电网黑启动试验研究

黑启动（B1ack—start），是指电力系统全部或部分区域电网因故障全部停电后。不依赖其他电网的帮助，通过本系统中具有自启动能力机组的启动，带动无自启动能力机组，逐步扩大系统的恢复范围，最终实现整个系统的恢复。本文简单介绍了宁夏电网黑启动试验的过程，着重对试验结果进行分析，以达到验证黑启动研究理论计算结果正确性的目的。并找出黑启动过程中存在的薄弱环节。为编制切实可行的黑启动调节操作方案提供技术指导。

Study on black-start tests for Ningxia power network

Black-start refers: In electrical power system, overall or the partial regional electric network have completely breakdown, without the other electric networks helping, through the unit with self-starting ability bring about the unit without self-starting ability to start,so as to gradually expand the recovery area of the system and finally realize the overall system restoration. The paper simply introduces black-start test process of Ningxia electric network, analyzes the test result to confirm the correctness of black-start research theoretical calculation results. And finds out the weak link of black start process existing in Ningxia electric network, provides the technical guidance for establishing practical and feasible black-start dispatch operation plan.
