| 摘 要： | 作为液压支架的重要组成部分，立柱油缸为有效地支撑和控制工作面顶板提供主驱动力。因而，立柱油缸的产品质量将对液压支架的使用寿命产生决定性影响。通过引入现场实证分析．本文对立柱油缸装配过程中导向套烧丝的原因展开细致分析，并提供了有效的预防对策以及处理建议。

| Abstract: | As a major part of hydraulic support, cylinders can provide drive force for supporting and controlling working roof. As a result, quality of cylinders would exert a decisive influence on the longevity of hydraulic support. Through case study of cylinders（O320）, not only deep analysis was made for thread failure of guide sleeve in the assembly process, preventing measures and treatment of thread failure was also provided in this article. |
