TrueFFS原理及其在Flash存储器上的应用

摘    要:
作为嵌入式领域应用最为广泛的存储设备,Flash存储器具有高密度和良好的存取速度等优点。介绍了专为Flash存储器提供统一接口的TrueFFS的结构和工作原理,并给出了在NOR Flash上的具体实现过程。通过结合VxWorks的dosFS文件系统,实现了对Flash存储器的实时读写。

Abstract:
Flash memory has many attractive features, such as its density and I/O performance. These features make flash memory has the best choice for a embedded storage system. The instruction and working principles of TrueFFS are presented, which provide the uniform interface only for Flash. And the implementing process for the NOR Flash is given. The real-time writing and reading on Flash storage are implemented through the integration with the dosFS file system of Vxworks.
