问隙式节流通道磁流变液减振器实验研究

摘    要:利用新型智能材料磁流变液,设计了一种混合工作模式的磁流变液减振器。该减振器结构上采用间隙式节流通道,外加磁场方向与磁流变液的流动方向垂直。在MTS实验机上对该减振器的特性进行了实验研究,在低频条件下,获得了较大的阻尼力输出,其增幅最大可达165.55%。

Abstract:Making use of a novel type of intelligent material,magneto-rhelolgical fluid(MRF),a kind of mixed mode MRF damper was designed.The damper adopts the structure of clearance throttle route way and the direction of external magnetic field is vertical to the flowing direction of MRF. Based on the MTS the properties of the damper was investigated.The result shows that much bigger damping force is gotten in the conditions of low frequency,and the maximum increase value of damping force can reach as high as 160%.
