摘    要:论述了注射成形各向异性Nd-Fe-B粘结磁体的特点及工艺过程,并对其生产工艺过程中的5个关键要素:磁粉及耦联剂、粘结剂、混炼过程、注射过程、磁场取向工艺的研究状况进行了综合评述.同时还论述了各向异性Nd-Fe-B磁粉的生产原理及生产现状.指出了注射成形Nd-Fe-B粘结磁体的现在和潜在的应用市场.在此基础上,指出了今后开展研究工作的方向.

Abstract:This paper describes the manufacturing process and features of anisotropic Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet made by injection molding. The five key factors in manufacturing are analysed, including magnetism powder and binders,mixing process,injection molding,and filling magnetism process,and research on these factors is reviewed. This paper also discusses production principle and present state of anisotropic Nd-Fe-B magnetism powder,and the applications and potential market of Nd-Fe-B magnet made by injection molding are also explored. On the basis of these,future directions of research are pointed out.
