| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生人数的不断增加和大学生进行体育锻炼积极性的提高，运动损伤总体人数和比例有所增加，如何防止大学生在体育锻炼中出现运动损伤，已经成为高校体育教师需要认真研讨的课题。文章通过对河南省新乡市高校部分大学生运动损伤的原因、特点进行调查和分析，对高校体育教师如何对大学生进行运动损伤防治提出了意见和建议。

| Abstract: | As university＇s enrollment constant increase and university student carry on the improvement of physical training enthusiasm, the overall number of sports injuries and an increasing proportion of college students in how to prevent the exercise of a sports injury, college sports have become new problem that teachers need to seriously study . Based on the part of colleges and universities in Xinxiang City of Henan Province university students sports injury reasons, the investigation and analysis of characteristics, and physical education teachers college students how to exercise damage control and made comments and suggestions. |
