摘    要:提出一种基于改进遗传算法的整体优化的动态资源分配方案.首先根据信道分配的特点构造了遗传算法的基因链模型,进而建立了一种整体优化算法.该算法尽量保证最大程度的紧致分配,提高系统整体服务性能,同时针对遗传算法爬山能力差的弱点,提出一种自适应遗传算法.分析和仿真表明,该方案与现有的固定信道分配和动态信道分配方案相比,有较小的呼阻率,不论在业务量较大,还是较小的情况下都能取得较好的性能指标.

Abstract:A globally optimized dynamic channel assignment scheme through improved genetic algorithm for cellular mobile communications system (IGADCA) is presented.First,the genetic chain is established based on the features of channel assignment practice,then the IGADCA model is formulated.It differs from other strategies by consistently keeping the system in the utmost optimal state.To counter the weakness of climbing hill of genetic algorithm,an adaptive genetic algorithm is constructed.By analysis and simulations,IGADCA is shown to be superior to the current fixed channel assignment (FCA) and dynamic channel assignment (DCA) in call blocking probability and spectrum utilization,the algorithm can attain low blocking probability disregarding the traffic density of the system.
