摘    要:针对国产发动机缸体铸件力学性能要求与加工性能要求相矛盾的现实问题,为在保证力学性能条件下,改善缸体铸件机加工性能,铁液化学成分采用了高碳当量、高硅碳比,控制w(Mn)量;采用随流孕育工艺,并通过人为增加铸件飞边、保温块和排气针等工艺措施,获得了良好结果。

Abstract:In order to improve machineability of cylinder block castings under the condition of keeping enough mechanical properties,high carbon equivalent and high Si/C ratio was adopted,the Mn content was kept in a proper range,stream inoculation was adopted,as well as the foundry method was improved including:setting artificial joint flash at edge area of casting,setting heat preserving block and venting hole to drain cold metal.Excellent result was obtained.
