| Abstract: | By supervising the dredging highway project in the developmental area of Donghai island in Zhanjiang bay,the paper further illustrates the characteristics of the over-wet soil,explores its possibility in construction technique as the foundation filling material in high-rank roads,and simply introduces its construction craft and quality control measures. |
