摘    要:高截止度宽带红外滤光片是新型红外地球敏感器的关键件之一。介绍了高截止度宽带红外滤光片的设计方法和镀膜的工艺技术 ,给出了膜系设计和研制的结果 ,并与国内外同类滤光片的光学特性进行了比较 ,试验表明这种红外滤光片的膜系设计是成功的

Abstract:Wide passband infrared filter with high rejection rate is one of the key elements in New infrared earth sensor.In this paper,the design method and Coating process of wide passband infrared filter with high rejection rate are described.The result of film system design and development are given.Optical characteristics of similar infrared filters at home and abroad are compared.Experiment results show that the film system design is successful.
