摘    要:运用FDTD算法对同轴结构的辐照腔不连续性进行了分析,利用CST软件对其进行了结构设计和仿真计算。采用N型射频接头,内外导体采用开孔结构的聚四氟乙烯介质进行支撑,在宽频信号源的激励下,同轴腔内可以产生任意频率和强度的TEM模式的电磁场。设计过程中,通过FDTD算法分析与CST软件仿真设计相结合,对超宽频同轴辐照腔的传输性能进行不断优化,在DC~6 GHz频率范围内,S11均在-10 d B以下。

Abstract:The discontinuity of the coaxial exposure cavity was analyzed using FDTD algorithm, and its structure design and simulation calculation of the coaxial exposure carried out using CST software. Using N type RF connector, the inner and outer conductor is supported by the opening structure. Under the excitation of wide band signal source, the electromagnetic field of TEM mode with arbitrary frequency and intensity can be produced in coaxial cavity. During the design, by FDTD algorithm and CST software simulation, the transmission performance of UWB coaxial exposure cavity is repeatedly optimized, and resultantly,S11of under-10 dB is obtained over the DC-6 GHz frequency range.
