220 kV北桃乙线N143塔原位升高改造

摘    要:220kV北桃乙线因线下填土修建公路的原因,造成N141-N142档线路对地高度不足,因此需对N143塔进行升高改造。鉴于N143塔的外部环境条件不适宜采用移位改塔的习惯做法,决定用更换脚腿的方法对N143塔进行原位升高改造。对原基础进行受力验算通过后,设计加工了一套塔脚连接底座,用于原基础与新塔脚之间的过渡连接,最后进行铁塔现场升高施工。改造后达到了预期的效果。采用铁塔原位升高改造可节省投资,对环境影响小,停电时间短。

Abstract:The earth fill for the highway project under 220 kV Beitao B transmission line resulted in inadequacy of ground clearance of Span N141-N142,which necessitated elevation of Tower N143.Because the conditions of Tower N143 were not fit for the common practice of transformation by changing position,a decision was made to elevate the tower in situ by means of changing its legs.Based on the stress calculation of the original foundation,a set of leg connecting base was designed and made to connect the original foundation and the new legs.Then the tower was elevated in situ and desired effect achieved.In-situ elevation reconstruction of towers is economical,environment-friendly and needs only short duration of power outage.
