摘    要:针对一种通过改变游梁力臂来进行平衡调节的弯游梁抽油机,对其进行扭矩分析,并推导出基于抽油机上、下冲程做功相等准则,上、下冲程曲柄扭矩峰值相等准则和曲柄净扭矩均方根值最小准则的三种游梁平衡臂长计算公式。另外,根据模型抽油机的结构参数和模拟载荷,在MATLAB中编写程序求解出游梁平衡臂的具体值。提出的计算方法为同类型抽油机的平衡计算提供了借鉴。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the torque of a kind of pumping unit whose balance is adjusted through changing its arm of force of the beam. Three formulas for calculating the arm of force are deduced, which are based on the following rules,namely, the work applied by the motor in up stoke and down stroke are equal; the maximum crank torque in up stoke and down stroke are equal; the mean square root of the crank torque is the minimum. The value of the arm of force is solved in MATLAB through programming based on the structure parameters and simulated loads. The calculating method presented in this paper provides a reference for the same kind of pumping.
