低功率高频加热应用分析

摘    要:采用低功率高频加热方法圆满地解决了通常高频表面加热淬火时易出现硬化层较浅、尖角易过热或过烧、易引发表面纵向裂纹等不足之处。此法适用于有高频设备,而又要求硬化层较深的零件,不适用于对淬火变形和氧化程度要求比较严格的零件。

Abstract:Such shortcomings as shallow hardened layer,easy overheating and burning of sharp angle and longitudinal crack caused by ordinary high frequency quenching have been satisfactorily overcome by the low-power high frequency heating process.This precess is fit for the elements requiring thicker hardened layer with the high frequency heating equipment instead of the elements which asks for stricter requirements for quenching distortion and surface oxidizing.
