小型砂辊弹性夹紧环的设计计算

摘    要:竹材加工用的小型砂辊可设计成简易的结构形式,其中弹性夹紧环既是夹紧轴的安装支座,又是产生夹紧力的零件。由磨削力确定夹紧环所需的夹紧力,以此计算夹紧环的刚度和尺寸,并校核其强度和张紧砂布时的扳手力矩。在计算夹紧环的刚度时,将夹紧环简化成等截面圆环,应用了卡氏定理。在校核强度时,考虑了孔对截面上应力分布的影响及孔边应力集中系数。

Design calculation of elastic clamping ring for small sand drum
Abstract:A small sand drum used for bamboo processing can be designed to be a simple structure,in which elastic clamping rings are not only assembling bases of clamping roll,but also the parts that produce clamping force.The clamping force which is determined by grinding force is used for calculating stiffness and operating torque when tighting sand skin.When stiffness of ring is calculated by using Castigliano theorem,the ring is simplified to be a circular ring with constant cross section.It is considered when checking strength of ring that the fluence of a hole upon stress distribution in cross section area and that concentration coefficient of stress near edge of the hole.
