| 摘 要： | 以大渡河枕头坝一级水电站大江截流为分界点，并以该工程可研工期为参照，对前期工程建设进度控制进行了回顾总结。介绍了工程一期施工进度控制实况和二期工程施工进度安排，分析了影响施工进度的主要因素，并据主体工程施工进度安排，提出了加强施工进度控制的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Taking the river closure of Zhentouba Hydropower Stationz Ⅰ on Dadu River as the time point,according to the construction schedule made in feasibility stage,the earlier stage construction progress is reviewed and summarized.We present the practical control condition for stage Ⅰ construction progress and stage Ⅱ construction schedule of the project and analyzes the factors that control the construction progress.The specific measures are proposed to strengthen the progress control according to the construction schedule of main structure. |
