高精度智能低压无功功率补偿器的设计

摘    要:介绍了基于AT89C52控制的高精度低压无功功率补偿器。该控制器采用数字检测电路来获取电网电压与电流的相位差;控制开关采用过零型固态继电器,使投切控制实现等电压投入,零电流切除;单片机AT89C52实现数据处理、输入、输出控制等功能。通过实验监测功率因素分析,该控制器具有对电网冲击小,响应快,抗干扰能力强,精度高以及可分相投切等优点,适用于目前企业用户进行无功功率补偿。

Abstract:This article introduces reactive power compensator based on AT89C52 controlling with high precision. It measures excess phase of voltage and current by using digital circuit. The AC solid state relay of passing zero is applied to the control switch. It is input when the voltage of the power system equals the voltage of the capacitor and elimination when the circuit is zero. A microcomputer AT98C52 completes the data processing, inputing, outputing, etc.. The practical result shows the advantages of high precision, less influence on low voltage power system, fast response, connecting capacitors with single phase and the ability of anti jamming. It is mainly used to compensate reactive power in present factories and mines.
