容器箔用3003铝合金板带材退火工艺研究

摘    要:对不同退火制度下3003铝合金板带材的金相显微组织、力学性能进行了分析和检测, 结果表明: 3003容器箔的均匀化退火制度为560~580 ℃/24 h、成品退火制度为300 ℃/3 h时其组织结构和力学性能最佳, 0.07 mm厚度的箔材抗拉强度150 MPa, 延伸率为7%, 能够满足3003容器箔成型的要求。

Abstract:Metallographical microstructure and mechanical performance of aluminum plate 3003 have been analyzed and examined under different annealing systems. The finding shows that the homogenizing annealing system for aluminum foils 3003 is 560 to 580 ℃/24 h while the annealing system for final products is 300 ℃/3 h, under which the texture and mechanical performance of the final product remains optimal. The 0.7 mm thick aluminum foil has tensile strength of 150 MPa and elongation percentage of 7%, which can meet the requirements of the molding of container foil 3003.
