介绍了一种新型的塑壳断路器智能化脱扣器。在硬件设计中,采用自供电方式,以硬件和软件协调放电的方式限制电源电压,并且通过两种放大电路处理电流信号,从而提高小电流时的测量和保护精度;软件方面采用三段保护算法,从而提供过载长延时、短路短延时和瞬动保护,并且提供接地保护。对样机进行功能测试、保护精度和电磁兼容试验。结果表明,该脱扣器功能符合需求并满足设计要求,具有良好性能。
