| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种高可靠性的NDM6/NDM6E系列塑壳断路器的产品特点、主要技术指标及良好的市场应用前景。通过对塑壳断路器产品的机构仿真验证,改进了设计和参数,提高了产品的分断能力、电寿命与机械寿命。通过热塑性材料在外壳上的使用,实现了产品内部附件的模块化功能,提高了附件工作的可靠性。

| Abstract: | The characteristics,main technical performance and good prospect of market application of a high reliability moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) were described,which was named as NDM6/NDM6E.Through the mechanism simulation,the design and parameters were improved,and the breaking capacity,electrical life and mechanical life were improved.Through the use of thermoplastic materials on the case,the modular function of internal accessories was realized,and the operation reliablity of the accessories was improved. |
