纳米级改性AgC触头材料的研制

摘    要:针对AgC触头材料耐电磨损性差的问题,采用添加纳米级难熔物质的方式进行改性。深入研究了添加物种类、分散剂、超声时间等工艺参数对添加效果的影响,并用优化后的工艺参数研制出改性AgC(3)触头材料。改性AgC(3)材料的物理性能良好,在小型断路器和电动机断路器的型式试验中表现出优异的电性能,有利于延长电器的使用寿命,同时节约材料,降低制造成本。
