万能式断路器操作机构运动特性仿真分析

摘    要:
利用仿真计算软件Adams和Ansys,建立了短路条件下的动力学仿真模型,实现万能式断路器从储能、合闸、再分闸、触头反弹全过程的仿真。根据UG中的万能式断路器模型,在多体动力学仿真软件Adams中建立了断路器的仿真模型,对比空载条件下的仿真与试验结果,同时考虑短路条件下动触头的电动力,采用二维表格的形式,实现短路条件下操作机构运动特性仿真。仿真试验证明了仿真模型是正确的,可作为研究、分析断路器的参考。

Abstract:
By using simulation software Adams and Ansys,not noly the dynamic simulation model was established in short current interrupting process,but also the whole process of simulation from storage energy to closing,interrupting and movable contact bounce was achieved.Using the assembly model of air circuit breaker in UG,the simulation model was established in the Adams,and then the simulation and experimental results were compared in no-load conditions.Electro-dynamic force of the movable contact was taking into ...
