摘    要:余热锅炉是重油催化裂化装置中的重要设备之一 ,严重腐蚀是影响其长周期运行的主要原因。通过对催化裂化装置再生烟气中SO2 含量的变化及腐蚀产物的组成分析 ,结合硫酸露点腐蚀机理 ,探讨了省煤器腐蚀泄漏的原因 ,通过装置改造及调整操作条件 ,基本解决了余热锅炉省煤器的腐蚀问题

Abstract:Waste heat boiler is one of the major equipment in heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit and severe corrosion is the main cause affecting the long-term unit operation. The causes of the coalescer corrosion failure was studied based upon the variation of the SO 2 in the FCC flue gas and the analysis of the corrosion product and in consideration of sulfide dew point corrosion. The coalescer corrosion problem of the waste heat boiler has been substantially solved through the unit revamping and adjustment of the operating conditions.
