摘 要: | 为了获得汽车悬架隔振性能,基于MFC实现了平板式汽车悬架参数检测仪控制软件.该软件与前端传感器、电荷放大器、F-5103采集器和计算机共同构成了平板式悬架参数检测仪.运用该检测仪在实验室环境下完成了汽车悬架隔振参数检测,并评判了被测汽车悬架的隔振性能.所设计的控制软件操作方便、实用性强,大大提高了平板式汽车悬架参数检测仪的性价比,具有推广价值.

Abstract: | In order to obtain the anti-vibration performance of automobile suspension,the control software for flat detector of suspension parameters was realized based on MFC.The flat detector of suspension parameters was made of the control software,testing sensor,charge amplifier,F-5103 harvesters and computer.The detection of automobile suspension anti-vibration parameters was accomplished in the laboratory environment using the detector and the anti-vibration performance of automobile suspension was judged.As a conclusion,the control software testing operation is easy to operate,practical strongly and greatly improve the cost-effective of the flat detector of suspension parameters,which is worthy to be popularized. |
